CHEF ROBERTA RISES TO NO. 85 ON THE WORLD’S BEST PIZZA LIST

The word from Milan is in: Chef Roberta de Sario has once again proven why she is the reigning Pizza Queen. Climbing from No. 88 to No. 85 on the World’s Best Pizza Awards list, Chef Roberta brings the same fire and grace to her kitchen at FALCONE that she brings to every corner of our world. With unrelenting passion and boundless creativity, she continues to redefine excellence in the world of pizza. 

To celebrate this milestone, Chef Roberta has crafted two limited-edition pizzas inspired by her recent trip to Milan, each a tribute to flavour and gratitude. Available until Mid-August, these special creations are her way of giving thanks to those who have supported her journey. 

“These pizzas were born from emotion,” shares Chef Roberta. “They are a hug in the shape of pizza, my way of saying 'thank you' to everyone who has walked with me on this path."
