Chef Roberta De Sario (#85, World's Best Pizza Chefs 2025) born and raised in Napoli, the birthplace of pizza, treats the art of the Neapolitan pie as a calling. Chef Josh Stumbaugh spent his career in Italian kitchens in New York and Hong Kong, crafting pastas and gelatos that naturally complement Chef Roberta’s award-winning pizzas.

Our menu is a celebration of Italian flavours, from pizza and pasta to our signature Parms. Our pizzas are fired in a custom Pavesi brick oven, embracing the spirit of Napoli while breaking from tradition. And because no meal is complete without a sweet finish, our freshly spun gelato comes in an array of timeless Italian flavours, churned hourly and never frozen.
